More Basic Grey

This is my Baisc Grey Offbeat layout that I said I was working on. It's for Scrap Therapys Oct Technique Challenge - Stamping. I stamped flowers, bird and vines onto Offbeat paper scraps to make all the embellies for this layout. It was inspired by the song 'Somwhere over the Rainbow' to tie in with their theme this month of Musicals. I made this 6x6 mini album for ScrapTherapys Oct Man of the Month Challenge - Basic Grey. I used the Archaic Range to do an album about our Great Ocean Road Trip. I called the title from a song from the Musical 'The Wiz', 'Ease on Down the Road'. There are actually 5 double pages in the album, I have just shown a couple of pages here.

Basic Grey

The Man of the Month at Scrap Therapy for October is Basic Grey, and I wanted to share with you my 2 all time favourite ranges - Urban Praire and Offbeat. I have made so many layouts with these 2 ranges, and I am still not sick of them!! But first here is my entry for STs Colour Challenge this month, Green,Pink,Brown and White. I have used Basic Greys Two Scoops papers and Basic Greys Sultry letters. I loved Urban Priarie ( I bought the whole pack plus the chipboard embellies!!), and I only have a few little bits left!! As you can see I did 13 pages, one double and a half dozen cards all with the one range and I love every one of them. You can see all these layouts throughout my blog.
Offbeat would have to be my all time favourite. I only bought the pack for this one and I still have sooooo much left to use. So far I have made 13 single layouts and 2 doubles. I have one in the works at the moment for another challenge at ST so I will post when I have it finished.

Mine was from Jolly Holiday from Mary Poppins - 'Ave you ever seenThe grass so green?Or a bluer sky? Wicked was for the inspiration challenge. I used the same layout for my photos, and took inspiration from part of their photo of Wicked.
I love to Laugh is for a sketch challenge, and to use the title from a song from a Musical, once again I went with Mary Poppins, this time Í love to Laugh'.
And this one was to use a title for the theme of the month 'Musicals'. I went with a song from West Side Story - 'Boy like That'.
