And my take on the sketch using some Crate Paper, Echo Parl and some Thickers. I actually finished this one last month before i started my xmas challenge, I just needed to add the journalling before I could photograph it! I really loved how it turned out. Simple but effective for these photos.

My own Christmas in July Challenge

I think I posted before that my own challenge for July is to get some old Christmas photos scrapped instead of having such a huge pile lying around and all the memories of different christmass blending into one another. I have made a good start and this is one I created using Echo Park and some Thickers.

More Hello Summer

This is another layout I did with the Hello Summer Collection Kit from Echo Park. So many layouts from the pack!! I have also used some thickers and some spray ink and kraft cardstock.

Shimelles Starting Point

I have had some time to do some surfing lately, and have been spending some time looking at all the great things over at 2 peas, and I found Shimelles blog. She has this great starting point challenge, which I gave a go. Here is the starting point:

And this is what I did with it using some Echo Park, Crate Paper and thickers. I really loved how this page turned out. I had these photos printed for a while and was stuck on how to use them. Thanks Shimelle for the inspiration to get these photos scrapped!

And then I thought why not see if I can squeeze the starting point into a 8.5x11 and this is what I came up with using some Crate Paper, thickers, MME die cuts, Purple Pumpkin buttons, Eye Candy Magic doileys and some brads and twine.

I know this one was created in June, but it's the start of my Christmas in July Challenge I have for myself to get some old and new Christmas Photos scrapped and completed. I seem to have a pile of xmas photos growing and I want to get them scrapped and documented before the years blend into one another!!

This month over at Aussie Scrapjack I chose Danas layout to jack. You can see her layout here. This is my jack of it using some Echo Park, Thickers and Jillibean Soup with some twine that was wrapped around a package I recieved!

Stuck June 15th Sketch

The second sketch this month at Stuck is

And my take on it using Echo Park and Thickers. This one fell together easily with one of those patterned papers that has two clusters already on it. Didn't need to add much to this one.
