Scrap Friends Design Team Call

I decided it's time I threw my hat in ring for some design teams, and what a great start to apply for the DT at Scrap Friends. You can find all the details on how to enter here.

One of the things that you needed to do is create a new project demonstrating your latest style of work with this photo as inspiration:

This is what I came up with using some Crate Paper paper and letters, Thickers, Kaiser paint, Wicked Princess doily, MS punch and some homemade embellishments.

Soul Scrappers NSC8 Challenge

I am trying out a new challenge site for me this month, Soul Scrappers. The rules are a little different in that challenges are due every 3 weeks, but every week there are new challenges. This time I decided to have a go at a sketch challenge:

And the extra criteria was to use shapes. This is what I came up with using some Echo Park and some paint.

Another Challenge Heaven Challenge

I decided to do another challenge this month over at Challenge Heaven. This time the sketch challenge:

The extra criteria is gloss/glitz and this is what I came up with using some MME, Thickers, Wicked Princess flower, Purple Pumpkin twine and some of my buttons. (the letters are glittered).

March Kraft It Up Challenge

This months challenge at KIU is

1 Piece of Kraft Cardstock or Patterned Paper
2 Photos of any size
A 3 word title
4 different pieces of patterned paper and
5 different embellishments

I have used some Cosmo Cricket, some Wicked Pricess doileys, thickers and some flowers. My 5 embellies are chipboard, stickers, buttons, flowers and doiley.

March 123 Challenge

This months challenge at 123 is Metallic Blue + '123'+ use something organic. This is what I came up with using some Echo Park, Thickers, Chip Chop Shop doileys and some of my buttons and one of my lollipops.
